What Dream Offers is

Dream Offers is an AI-powered mock interview platform. Practice behavioral, technical, product, and AI fluency interviews with an AI that responds like a real interviewer, then get a hiring verdict and specific feedback. No scheduling, no $400/hr coach, just honest practice.

Interview vs. coaching

Both are 30-minute sessions. Each uses 1 session credit.

InterviewGraded. The AI pressure-tests your answers like a real interviewer. You get a hiring verdict at the end.
CoachingNo grading. A warm AI coach helps you sharpen your stories and think through answers before the real thing.

The hiring verdict

The same system real interviewers use. After each graded interview you get one of:

Strong Yes would fight to hire
Yes solid, move forward
No not ready yet
Definitely Not clear pass

You also get scored across 5 dimensions: Communication, Business Impact, Collaboration, Structure, and Ownership, each with specific timestamps referencing what you said.

Answer rewrites

After every graded interview, you see each question with your actual answer and a rewritten version showing how a Strong Yes candidate would have told that story, using your own experience but structured better.

Interview types

Four types, available with any paid plan:

  • BehavioralPast experience and situational questions. STAR-format.
  • TechnicalProblem-solving and depth of knowledge for your role.
  • ProductProduct sense, prioritization, metrics thinking.
  • AI FluencyHow you actually use AI in your day-to-day work.

The free trial is limited to behavioral.

Company-specific questions

Paid plans include questions tailored to your target company. We cover 150+ companies (Google, Meta, Stripe, OpenAI, Goldman Sachs, and more). The AI adapts its style to match what that company actually asks.

Progress tracking

Your dashboard shows how you're doing across all 4 interview types. After 2 completed interviews, you'll see your Dream Offer Readiness: which types you've cleared with a Yes or Strong Yes, and which still need work.

Voice or text

Both. Every paid session lets you switch between voice (talk like a real interview) and text (type your answers). The AI responds in whichever mode you're using. If something breaks, you can always fall back to text.

Sessions and expiration

Sessions never expire. Buy them whenever, use them whenever. We don't do subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel.

Refunds

We don't offer refunds for used sessions. If you haven't started any sessions yet, email us and we'll work it out.
